Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ZenaHub mobile application. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ZenaHub mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including guests, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Account Registration

You may use certain features of the App without an account. To access personalised features, subscriptions, or prediction contests, you must create an account using a valid email address, or via a supported third-party sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

ZenaHub offers an auto-renewable subscription ("ZenaHub Pro") with the following terms:

• Subscription title: ZenaHub Pro
• Subscription length and price: displayed at the point of purchase
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

To cancel on iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
To cancel on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

4. Prediction Contests & Prizes

ZenaHub may offer free-to-enter, skill-based prediction contests ("Contests") with prizes provided by ZenaHub.

• Entry into any Contest is free — no purchase or payment is required
• Contests are skill-based; winners are determined by the accuracy of their predictions
• Prizes are provided by ZenaHub as a promotional activity and are not funded by user payments
• Prize values, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and terms are displayed within the App for each Contest
• ZenaHub reserves the right to modify or cancel Contests at any time
• Prizes may be subject to applicable taxes; winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App without written permission
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools to interact with the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ZenaHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

News content is sourced from third-party publishers and remains the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ZenaHub does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Sports data (scores, standings, match results) is sourced from third parties; ZenaHub does not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZenaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account within the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via a push notification or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenaHub is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
